Ready-to-Ship Jewelry:
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and method selected at checkout. For international orders, delivery may take 3–16 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Every piece is carefully cleaned and goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure it arrives in mint condition. In the rare event an item is temporarily out of stock, we may need to remake it. If this happens, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Custom Jewelry & Grillz:
Production timelines vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece. Please refer to the specific product or section below for estimated production times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes 5–16 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note: All international orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery, as required by your country’s regulations.

Custom Grillz Order Processing
- Place your order for the grillz you want online.
- We send you a Dayyani Mold Kit Box with detailed instructions.
- Take your dental impression and send it back to us using the instructions provided.
- Once we receive your impression and confirm it meets quality standards, we begin production.
❗ Important: A clear, accurate dental impression is crucial. We will not proceed with manufacturing if the impression lacks definition or a proper gumline. A team member will contact you if there are any issues.
- Mold Kits are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase.
- Once we receive a usable mold, production time is as follows:
- Solid Gold / Design Cut Grillz: 3–5 business days
- Diamond Grillz: 6–10 business days
- Celebrity / Cinematic Grillz: 6–14 business days
- Custom Design Requests: Timeframe provided during consultation
📦 Final shipping time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
✅ Most orders are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks, assuming no mold issues or delays.
Custom Jewelry Processing
How does the Custom Jewelry process work?
- Design Deposit: A non-refundable $275 deposit is required to initiate the design process.
- Design Mockups: Our team will create and share design mockups for your review. Revisions are included but limited until final approval.
- Production Deposit: Once you approve the final design, a 75% deposit is required to begin manufacturing.
- Production & Updates: We begin crafting your piece and will provide progress updates, including photos and videos.
- Final Payment & Shipping: Upon completion and your approval of the finished piece, the remaining balance is due before we ship your custom jewelry.
- Design Phase: 3–5 business days (depending on revisions)
- Production: 5–10 business days (depending on complexity)
- Quality Control & Inspection: 1–2 business days

Material Price Disclaimer
💡 Important Notice About Price Fluctuations:
All quotes for custom jewelry are based on current market prices for gold, diamonds, and other materials at the time the quote is issued. Due to the volatility of the precious metals and gemstone markets:
- Quotes are valid only on the day they are provided.
- If production is delayed by the customer—whether due to design changes, scheduling, or payment timing—and market prices for materials increase or decrease, the original quote will no longer be valid.
- A new quote will be issued reflecting updated material costs before manufacturing can proceed.
We always strive to offer transparency and fairness, and will notify you of any changes before moving forward.
Order Issues
Contact us immediately via phone or email with a description and photos of the issue.
Once approved:
- We'll repair the item the same day (if possible) and ship it back the next business day.
- If it’s beyond repair, we’ll either remake the piece or offer store credit for any non-custom item.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns
Custom Jewelry & Grillz
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom jewelry or grillz.
If you choose not to keep a custom piece, you may request scrap value reimbursement based on the metal/gemstones used. This refund will be processed after the item is inspected.
Non-Custom Jewelry Items
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.
⚠️ All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
⚠️ Any customization or sizing voids eligibility for return or exchange.
Defective Items:
We only replace defective items. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us for approval before shipping the item to:

Shipping Policy
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
