There are some very rare cases that we sell a product that is no longer on hand that would require us to make and manufacture a brand new one for you within ~7 business days. But before doing so we would contact you informing you of the case at hand to get your consent for the wait of a brand new custom piece to be made.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The process would start with placing your order online for the Custom Grillz you like along with a set of 1-2 Mold Kits to gather your dental impressions. You will receive tracking numbers for the impression kit coming to you along with detailed instructions included in the package. Once complete, you will ship them back to us to the return address on the package. Upon us receiving your dental impressions back and they provide good teeth definition and clear gumline, we will initiate production.

**Its really vital and imperative that you provide a good dental impression because we will NOT manufacture you a product that you paid good money for and not fit you correctly. Team members will always reach out to notify of next steps if needed.

Custom Grillz

Mold kits are shipped out within 1 Business day from the time of purchase. Once your mold impression is back in our possession and passes Pre-Production Inspection. Production times are as follows:

• Solid Gold/Design Cut Grillz: 2-5 Business days
• Diamond Grillz: 5-10 Business Days
• Celebrity/Cinematic Grillz: 4-10 Business Days
• Custom Requested Grillz: TBD - Given at time of request

will not take longer than 10 Business Days from the day we receive your molds. Depending on which shipping service you paid for, it will be applied to the final product shipment and you should receive it within the estimated time stated when selecting the service.

Without the need of Redo Molds, the entire process should take roughly 2-3 Weeks to have your final product on hand, assuming everything prior is done correct and in a timely manner accordingly.

Before any Custom Jewelry Project starts manufacturing, a design or mock-up of the jewelry piece you are interested in making is required. A $250 Deposit is required to start the initial stages of production for your next Custom Piece!

Once the Designs and Mock-ups are shared and any/all revisions are complete with your approval, pricing will given for the specifications on the final design and respective quality of materials requested.

To start the actual manufacturing and production of your Custom Jewelry, we require up to a minimum of Half-Payment for the quoted custom project to be paid. With that payment, we will not only start but also finish the production completely, with videos shared with you throughout the process and of the Finished Custom Jewelry.

With your review and approval, the last payment would be made to have all item(s) shipped out to you!

Each and every project has its own turnaround time that revolves around the complexity of each Jewelry Piece. Below you will see a breakdown of rough estimated times on Custom Jewelry Production:

1. Designing Phase: ~3-5 Business Days (revisions may vary)
2. Production Phase: 5-10 Business Days
3. Quality Control/Inspection: 1-2 Business Days

**Keep in mind that these are Estimates and vary with each Custom Jewelry Project**

If you receive an item that is already damaged or has missing diamonds/gemstones, notify us immediately via email and/or telephone to describe the damaged item along with pictures if possible.

Once approved, the item will undergo Same-Day stone setting/repair and sent back out the following day. If the defective item is not fixable/damaged beyond repair, we will have a new product made and sent out to you. Or under these special circumstances, can be given store credit for the purchase value of the last item towards any non-custom jewelry item of your choosing.

We will send you a return label via email and apply to a new packaging to be sent out via the postal company the label shows along the top.

The majority of the Jewelry Pieces sold on our website are Custom Manufactured In-House and require some time to Cast, Diamond Setting and/or Polishing/Refinishing, if any. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on ALL Custom Jewelry OR Grillz!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY/GRILLZ!

If you are not interested in keeping the Custom Jewelry/Grillz you have purchased, contact us via Email or by Phone to submit a request for SCRAP VALUE of the precious metals and gemstones on the jewelry piece. Ship the item to our return address, after item inspection, the partial refund will be processed to the payment method you completed the purchase with. 

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)

For any/all NON-CUSTOM Jewelry items, you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to process an Exchange or Return. The item MUST be in the exact condition you received in to be approved and processed. 

ALL EXCHANGED/RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE!

Once the refund is approved by our team and any/all fees have been deducted, please allow 48 hours for the refund to process through our payment processor.

There are times that your refund won't be credited to your account within 48 hours. Refunds at the very most can even take up to 5-10 Business Days to be processed into your account. Not to worry, rest assured that your money will be refunded to you once you receive the notification. We kindly ask that you be patient during that time!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
